    A lightweight POS for small restaurants & pop-up stores

    Side project built to scratch my own itch. Most restaurant POS systems are built for chains. MenuMate is a small-scale POS with a fast order screen, kitchen display, drag-and-drop table management and a daily report dashboard. Still actively developing.

    SaaS platform for second-hand car dealerships

    Identified a gap in the automotive software market and launched a vertical SaaS Dealer Management System. Ran the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to close, pitched and negotiated commercial contracts with dealership owners, and oversaw operations end-to-end: financial planning, pricing strategy, legal compliance, and standardized post-merger workflows aimed at operational efficiency for M&A-driven dealers.

    High-volume caseload in a remote community

    Managed a high-volume caseload in a remote setting, independently solving problems and running client relationships end-to-end. Applied the Zone Tax Offset for eligible remote-area residents using the ATO calculator to maximise refunds and reduce liabilities. Advised on consolidating multiple superannuation accounts to reduce fees, and researched Capital Gains Tax on cryptocurrency transactions.

    Advisory across a diverse client caseload

    Advised clients on Medicare Levy / Surcharge exemptions for temporary residents and international students, complex income streams including New Zealand and foreign income, and the tax implications of crypto assets. Educated clients on the three golden rules for work-related deductions (car, uniform, self-education). Facilitated Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) for non-residents and improved digital access by assisting with MyGov, Medicare, and government service linking.
